Summer jobs for teens might seem interesting for parents, but this is something not every teen wants to do. It is normal for teens to show resistance when it comes to working, but if you handle this situation smartly, you may be able to get them to agree on doing something productive. However, you can persuade them to put their summer to good use by handling the situation smartly and sharing the benefits of doing a job with them. Here are a few things that you may want to share with your teen.

Extra Pocket Money

Your teen might be saving his pocket money to buy something he really desires, like a video game, a new laptop, a mobile phone, a makeup kit, a new wardrobe, etc. However, saving money from the modest pocket money may be delaying the fulfillment of that desire.
